MOSCOW, Dec 10 (PRIME) -- Russia’s Safmar Group plans to merge its coal assets into one company with output of 30 million tonnes per year, a spokesperson for the group told PRIME on Tuesday.
“Safmar Group has plans to merge coal assets into a single company which will produce 30 million tonnes of coal per year, of which 20 million tonnes are to be exported,” the official said.
According to the official, the terms and structure of the merged company are so far unclear.
